Light Sensitive Temperature Neutral is a Rochester, NY–based transmission operating at the intersection of funk, jam, and future disco. Built on improvisation and constant evolution, L.S.T.N. doesn’t rely on setlists—it follows energy. Each performance unfolds in real time, bending grooves, stretching transitions, and reshaping songs into something entirely unique to that moment.
What began as late-night sessions and local launches has evolved into a full-scale live experience. L.S.T.N. has become known for transforming venues into immersive environments—where astronauts, extraterrestrials, and LSTNERS step onto the Mothership and into a shared orbit. The dance floor becomes the destination, the crowd becomes the current, and the music becomes the signal.
Their 2024 self-titled EP marked the band’s first official transmission, but the true identity of L.S.T.N. lives on stage—where no two nights are the same and every set is a new flight path.
Since forming in 2020, L.S.T.N. has quickly established themselves as a rising force in the Western New York live music circuit, performing across regional venues, curated events, and festival lineups while steadily expanding their reach.

They have shared the stage with nationally touring acts including Space Bacon, Pink Talking Fish, Organ Fairchild, and Jimkata, building a reputation as both a high-energy support act and a standout headliner. Known for themed shows, collaborative performances, and immersive event production, L.S.T.N. consistently delivers experiences that extend beyond the stage.
